Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 23ph ("the Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). 4.1 All transactions on the 23ph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 23ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank via InstaPay or PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 23ph does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC clearance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 (GCash / PayMaya) and ₱1,000 (bank transfer). 23ph targets a processing time of approximately fifteen (15) minutes for GCash withdrawals from verified accounts, though actual processing times may vary based on payment provider conditions.
4.4 23ph reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, delay processing pending verification, or decline withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering. In such cases, 23ph will notify the Player and may request additional documentation.
4.5 Players must not use the 23ph platform as a payment processing facility. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to wager constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

9.2 23ph makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 23ph's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.1 23ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 23ph.one/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
10.2 By registering on 23ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and 23ph's legitimate business interests.
11.1 23ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform is strictly for entertainment and must not be used as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

13.1 23ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details on file, or by a prominent notice on the 23ph platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Continued use of the 23ph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining funds before the effective date.
